Templates

GP system templates - all GP system suppliers have NHS Health Check templates available on their systems for practices to use.

If your practices have been unable to locate the template please ask them to contact their system supplier's help desk.

IG Toolkit

Safeguarding the use of personal cofidential data (PCD) is one of the main IG concerns relating to the NHS Health Check. Any organisations processing PCD should be IG Toolkit level 2 compliant.
