Local authorities collect information on the number of NHS Health Checks offered and the number of NHS Health Checks received each quarter and return this data to OHID. The data is analysed and published on Fingertips as Official Statistics by OHID.
Local authorities should submit their quarterly data on offers and completed checks via the data portal as per the published schedule.
