NHS Health Check digital exemplar discovery findings - March 2020

As part of PHE's commitment to support Local Authorities to successfully deliver the NHS Health Check programme, PHE invested in a multidisciplinary team to carry out a digital discovery phase of work using the Government Digital Standards specification. This exploratory work looks at the potential role of digital within the NHS Health Check, more specifically with the purpose to establish: who the NHS Health Check users are and their needs, what they are trying to achieve, and any problems they might experience as they engage with the service.

Project pause

Working closely with many stakeholders of the NHS Health Check programme, the team successfully completed the discovery phase and began work on a pre alpha phase then paused in August 2019 remaining on pause throughout the broader review of the NHS Health Check programme.
