Quarter 1 2019-20 Correction
Notice [13/06/2019]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 and/or Quarter 2 and/or Quarter 3 2018-19 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Barking and Dagenham, Bath and North East Somerset, Bedford, Buckinghamshire, Calderdale, Cambridgeshire, Central Bedfordshire, Cornwall, County Durham, Devon, Dorset, Gateshead, Gloucestershire, Greenwich, Halton, Havering, Hertfordshire, Kirklees, Leeds, Leicester, Leicestershire, Medway, Merton, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Peterborough, Plymouth, Poole, Richmond upon Thames, Shropshire, Solihull, South Tyneside, Southend-on-Sea, Southwark, Staffordshire, Stockport, Stockton-on-Tees, Suffolk, Sunderland, Swindon, Thurrock, Waltham Forest, Warrington, Warwickshire.
Q1-2018-19 England number of offered appointments was increased by 11,765 (+1.7%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 5,135 (+1.8%).
Q2-2018-19 England number of offered appointments was increased by 5,197 (+0.8%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 5,572 (+1.9%).
Q3-2018-19 England number of offered appointments was decreased by 17,268 (-2.7%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 655 (+0.2%).
Notice [19/05/2019]: PHE has become aware that between 1 April 2019 and 9 May 2019, incorrect yearly and 5-year cumulative NHS Health Check activity data were displayed on https://www.healthcheck.nhs.uk/commissioners-and-providers/data/. The error also affected columns D, E, F, G, J, K, L M, P and Q of the associated csv file: NHS Health Check Data (last quarter and cumulative). The issue was resolved on 9 May 2019 at 11:50am. This issue did not affect yearly and 5-year cumulative NHS Health Check activity data displayed on Fingertips. Quarter 3 2018-19 Correction Notice
Notice [27/02/2019]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 and/or Quarter 2 2018-19 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Camden, Cheshire West and Chester, Cornwall, County Durham, Gloucestershire, Haringey, Hartlepool, Merton, Swindon.
Q1-2018-19 England number of offered appointments was increased by 384 (+0.1%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 207 (+0.1%).
Q2-2018-19 England number of offered appointments was increased by 6,508 (+1.0%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 861 (+0.3%).

Notice [28/11/2018]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 2018-19 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Bracknell Forest, County Durham, Derby, Derbyshire, East Sussex, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hertfordshire, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Leicester, Merton, North Somerset, Oldham, Reading, Slough, Stockport, Warwickshire, West Berkshire, Windsor and Maidenhead, York. Q1-2017-18 England number of offered appointments was increased by 3,289 (+0.49%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 2,517 (+0.88%).

Notice [22/02/2018]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 and/ or Quarter 2 2017-18 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Bath and North East Somerset, County Durham, Derby, Hertfordshire, Medway, North Yorkshire, Redbridge, Thurrock, Torbay, Walsall. Q1-2017-18 England number of offered appointments was decreased by 1,583 (-0.2%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 747 (+0.3%). Q2-2017-18 England number of offered appointments was increased by 2,048 (+0.3%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 1,410 (0.4%).
