Quarter 4 2015/16 Correction Notice

Notice [15/06/2016]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1, Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 2015-16 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Bracknell Forest, City of London, Cornwall, Croydon, East Sussex, Gateshead, Gloucestershire, Hackney, Havering, Hertfordshire, Kingston upon Hull, Kingston upon Thames, Milton Keynes, North East Lincolnshire, Peterborough, Redbridge, Salford, Shropshire, South Gloucestershire, Southend-on- Sea, Stockport, Waltham Forest, Wirral, Wokingham. Whilst changes to national totals are relatively small (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables. The CSV file has been updated accordingly.

(*) Q1 2015-16 England number of offered appointments was increased by 3,678 (0.48%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 1,104 (0.33%); Q2 2015-16 England number of offered appointments was increased by 9,595 (1.24%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 2,052 (0.58%); Q3 2015-16 England number of offered appointments was increased by 1,594 (0.24%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 406 (0.12%)

Quarter 3 2015/16 Correction Notice

Notice [25/02/2016]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 2015-16 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Luton, Bath and North East Somerset, Buckinghamshire, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, South Gloucestershire, Rochdale. Whilst changes to national totals are relatively small (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables. The CSV file has been updated accordingly.

(*) Q1 2015-16 England number of offered appointments was decreased by 1,333 (- 0.17%) and the number of received appointments was decreased by 221 (-0.07%); Q2 2015-16 England number of offered appointments was decreased by 3,263 (-0.42%) and the number of received appointments was decreased by 1,844 (-0.52%).

Quarter 2 2015/16 Correction Notice

Notice [25/11/2015]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 2015-16 NHS Health Check returns from the following local authorities: Luton, Bath and North East Somerset, Buckinghamshire, Redbridge, Waltham Forest, South Gloucestershire, Rochdale.
Whilst changes to national totals are relatively small (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables.  The CSV file has been updated accordingly. (*) Q1-2015-16 England number of offered appointments was increased by 614 (+0.08%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 1,621 (+0.5%).

Notice [11/06/2015]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1, Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 201415 NHS Health Check returns from the following Local Authorities: Barnet, Bath and North East Somerset, Cambridgeshire, Cheshire West and Chester, City of London, Coventry, Croydon, Derby, Derbyshire, Gateshead, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hertfordshire, Kensington and Chelsea, Lancashire, Medway, Merton, Milton Keynes, Newcastle upon Tyne, North East Lincolnshire, Northumberland, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, South Gloucestershire, Southend-on-Sea, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent, Sunderland, Walsall, Waltham Forest, Westminster, Wokingham, Wolverhampton. Whilst changes to National totals are relatively small (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables. The CSV file has been updated accordingly. (*) Q1-201415 England number of offered appointments was increased by 1,938 (+0.3%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 804 (+0.2%). Q2-201415 England number of offered appointments was increased by 4,199 (+0.5%) and the number of received appointments was increased by 5,035 (+1.3%). Q3-201415 England number of offered appointments was increased by 2,591 (+0.3%) and the number of received appointments was decreased by 1,438 (-0.4%).

Quarter 3 2014/15 Correction Notice

Notice [25/02/2015]: we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 201415 NHS Health Check returns from the following Local Authorities: Halton, Lewisham, North Somerset, Redbridge, Salford, Sefton, Stockport, and Waltham Forest.

Whilst National totals are not significantly changed (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables.  The CSV file has been updated accordingly.

(*) Q1-201415 England number of offered appointments was decreased by 1,482 and the number of received appointments was decreased by 243.  Q2-201415 England number of offered appointments was decreased by 1,064 and the number of received appointments was decreased by 129.

Quarter 2 2014/15 Correction Notice

NOTICE [26/11/2014]   : we were advised of some incorrectly submitted figures after publication which affected Quarter 1 201415 NHS Health Check returns from the following Local Authorities: Barnet, Bradford, Gateshead, Harrow, Lambeth, Newham, Redbridge, Stockport, Wiltshire.

Whilst National totals are not significantly changed (*) these errors should be taken into account when using breakdowns in the tables. The CSV file has been updated accordingly.

(*) Q1-201415 England number of offered appointments was increased by 1,578 and the number of received appointments was increased by 183.
